Abstract

This paper introduces the Empower Fem Force (Safe Siren) project, which seeks to empower girls by addressing the challenges they face in accessing quality education and job opportunities. The project entails the development of a mobile app and website tailored for girls, providing them with educational resources and job readiness support. The platform offers a wide array of study materials, educational content, and job preparation resources, all tailored to meet the unique needs of girls. Key features include a GPS option for locating educational and job-related facilities and an SOS feature for emergencies, enhancing girls' sense of security. The project aims to bridge the gap between girls and educational and job opportunities by centralizing resources and information, contributing to their empowerment. Ultimately, the Empower Fem Force (Safe Siren) project aims to create a more inclusive society where girls have equal access to education and employment opportunities, fostering their personal and professional growth.

Furthermore, the project aims to create a supportive community for girls to connect with mentors and peers, share experiences, and access guidance and support. The platform also includes a job portal that connects girls with job opportunities from partner organizations, helping them kick-start their careers.
